Well-trained specialists are one of the key factors for the region's continued positive development. The project “Wachstumsregion Dresden”, which started in 2014 as a return project for emigrants, has this in focus and has supported returnees, new citizens and those interested in living and working in the growth region ever since.

The project was able to develop steadily with seven municipalities and one district as a cooperation partner. Due to the steadily growing project network, the level of awareness of the growth region of Dresden is constantly increasing. The region has great potential, and by efficient cooperative work will allow much to be achieved in the years to come.
